Do you offer same-day delivery?

Which cities do you deliver to?

How do I track my order?
After placing your order, use the “Track Order” link in the top navigation bar. You’ll also receive real-time SMS/email updates as your gift moves from our warehouse to your recipient’s doorstep.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Yes. During checkout you can select from available date slots — so your gift arrives exactly when you want.
Cakes
Do you have eggless cakes?
Yes, we have a large dedicated eggless cake range — from classic Chocolate Truffle and Black Forest to premium Belgian Chocolate and Ferrero Rocher cakes. You can filter by “Eggless” in the Cakes section.
Can I get a photo printed on the cake?
Yes! We offer photo-printed cakes and name-personalised cakes. Simply upload your photo during checkout and we’ll print it in food-safe edible ink directly on the cake.
What sizes and weights are available?
We offer cakes starting from half kg (roughly 4–6 portions), 1 pound, and 2 pound and above for larger celebrations. You can also choose from round, square, and heart shapes
Do you offer sugar-free or vegan cakes?
Yes. We have dedicated Sugar-Free and Vegan cake categories for health-conscious celebrations. These are clearly labelled on the product page.
Can I order a corporate logo cake for an office event?
Yes! Corporate Logo Cakes are available under the Cakes → Customised Cakes section. Upload your company logo, choose your flavour, and we’ll do the rest. Bulk orders attract special pricing.
Flowers
How fresh are the flowers?
All our bouquets are arranged fresh on the day of delivery. We source flowers from trusted local and imported flower farms so they arrive in full bloom and last 3–5 days with proper care.
What types of flowers do you offer?
We offer Roses, Orchids, Lilies, Carnations, Gerberas, Sunflowers, Tulips, and Mixed bouquets. Arrangements come in hand-tied bunches, flower boxes, baskets, vases, and luxury formats.
Can I add chocolates, a teddy, or a greeting card to flowers?
Yes! Browse our “Flowers with Add-Ons” section to combine flowers with chocolates, cake, greeting cards, personalized gifts, or a teddy bear — all delivered together as one beautiful package.
Do you have preserved or imported flowers?
Yes. Our Premium Flower Collection includes Preserved Flower Boxes that last months without water, Imported Flower Arrangements, Luxury Rose Boxes, and Designer Floral Arrangements for that extra-special touch.

What personalized gift options are available?
We personalize mugs, cushions, water bottles, photo frames, lamps, clocks, engraved items, name plates, keychains, glassware, bar accessories, and pet gifts — all with your name, photo, or custom message.
How do I submit my photo or name for customization?
After adding a personalized product to your cart, you’ll find an upload field to share your image or type your text. Our team reviews every order to ensure quality before printing.
How long do personalized orders take to deliver?
Personalized items typically require 1–2 extra days for production on top of standard delivery time. Express options may be available for select products — check the product page for details.
Corporate & bulk gifting
Do you handle bulk or corporate gift orders?
Yes, corporate gifting is a core part of what we do. We offer employee joining kits, festival hampers, client appreciation gifts, customized logo merchandise, and more — all scalable to large quantities with dedicated support.
Can you add our company logo to the gifts?
Absolutely. We offer logo branding on mugs, bottles, T-shirts, caps, tote bags, diaries, and many other products. Share your brand guidelines and we’ll match colors and placement.
Is there a minimum order quantity for corporate gifts?
Minimum quantities vary by product. For most branded merchandise, MOQ starts at 25–50 units. Contact us via the “Contact Us” link for a custom quote.
Do you offer eco-friendly corporate gift options?
Yes! We have a dedicated Sustainable & Eco-Friendly Gifts category under Corporate Gifting — featuring bamboo products, plantable items, seed paper stationery, and more to align with your CSR values.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses for our employees?
Yes. We support multi-location delivery for corporate orders across our serviceable cities. Share an address sheet with our team and we’ll coordinate dispatches so every employee receives their gift on time.
Payments & pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select products and locations — you’ll see the option at checkout if eligible.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery.
Do you offer any discounts or coupon codes?
Yes! We run seasonal promotions for Diwali, Rakhi, Valentine’s Day, and other festivals. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to grab early access to discount codes and offers.
Is delivery charged separately?
Delivery charges depend on the product type, and order value. The final delivery fee is clearly shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Returns, cancellations & support
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or modifications are accepted up to a few hours before the scheduled delivery time, depending on the product. Perishable items (cakes, flowers) and personalized gifts have stricter windows — contact support as early as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry if that happens! Share a photo of the damaged or incorrect item with our support team within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Can I return a personalized or perishable product?
Due to their custom and perishable nature, personalized gifts and food items (cakes, hampers) are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or differ from what was ordered.
How do I reach customer support?
You can reach us via the Help link in our navigation bar, through the Contact Us page, or via WhatsApp. Our team is available 7 days a week to assist with your order queries.
Gifting guidance
Can I send a gift without the recipient knowing who sent it?
Yes, just leave the sender name blank or choose “Anonymous” in the greeting card message. The price invoice is never included inside the gift packaging.
Do you include a greeting card or message with the gift?
Yes. During checkout you can type a personalized message which we print on a complimentary greeting card and include with every order. You can also add a premium greeting card as an add-on.
Do you offer gift hampers for specific festivals like Diwali or Rakhi?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated Festival section with curated hampers for Diwali, Rakhi, Holi, Eid, Christmas, New Year, and many more Indian festivals. Collections go live well ahead of each occasion.
